PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-preventive structure of a fireproof two-layered tube, which can improve fire prevention at the time of fire occurrence.SOLUTION: In a fire-preventive structure of a fireproof two-layered tube, a refractory layer 32 made of a refractory material is provided on the outer periphery of a thermally-meltable inner tube 2. A fire protection device 5 including a heat-insulating thermal-expansion member for blocking a pipeline by expanding in overheating is provided on the outer periphery of the refractory layer 32 of the fireproof two-layered tube 1.
