PURPOSE: To prevent smoke or heat from being discharged by preventing smoke or heat from moving in a penetration part of a synthetic resin-made cable or pipe penetrating a wall in fire and by absorbing and neutralizing gas generated by thermal decomposition of the cable or pipe.

CONSTITUTION: In a cable penetration part 2, an expansive fireproof material 11 and a gas absorber 12 taking alkaline components as main agent are arranged on one side of the penetration part or in the penetration part. Therefore, the reduction of the volume caused by thermal fusing of a resin cable or pipe is satisfied by thermal expansion, and gas is prevented from being discharged by absorbing and neutralizing gas generated by thermal fusing of the cable or pipe.
