While the manager monitors the fire receiver, an output form switching part 3 repeats a fire signal S1, control signal S2 and ring instruction signal S3 between a main control part 2 and a driver receiver 6 for transmission. Then, the output form switching part 3 extracts an address, etc., applied to the repeated signal and extracts information expressing the install position of that equipment from a storage part 4. Then, a comment corresponding to concrete information, time and the class of signal expressing the install position is outputted to a printer 5. Even while the checker monitors the fire receiver, the output form switching part 3 similarly extracts the address and the like applied to the repeated signal and outputs the comment corresponding to time and signal class in addition to the address and the like to the printer 5 as well.
