Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the new fire resistant cable and its manufacture, which enhances its fire resistant characteristics in particular to a great extent.

CONSTITUTION: A fire resistant layer 2 is formed over a conductor 1, and concurrently, its circumference is covered with an insulator 3 and a sheath 4. The fire resistant layer 2 comprises inorganic silicon resin impregnated in a synthesis laminated mica tape.
