Abstract:
To provide a fire-resistant structure which is excellent in outward appearance by having high design properties obtained by coloring the surface and which reveals high fire-resisting and heat-insulating effects due to thermal foaming in a fire and can be manufactured and constructed easily at a low cost.
A fire-resistant base layer 2 constituted of a thermally foamable inorganic material containing a water-soluble alkali silicate and inorganic powder is formed on a base 1, and a fire-resistant colored layer 3 having chromatic inorganic aggregates compounded in the thermally foamable inorganic material is formed on the fire-resistant base layer 2.
