To provide a fire-resistant wooden composite material that hardly causes large cracks in a wooden base material and can stably secure fire-resistant performance.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant wooden composite material 1 has a plurality of flame-retardant chemical-holding layers 10 laminated in a thickness direction Z having a first direction X and a second direction Y orthogonal to the first direction X in a plan view; the flame-retardant chemical-holding layer 10 is provided with a wooden base material 20 having a plurality of openings 21 and a flame-retardant chemical-containing solid 30 filling the openings 21; the flame-retardant chemical-holding layers 10 adjacent to each other in the thickness direction Z are laminated in a state in which the position of a center point 21a of the opening 21 is shifted in the first direction X and/or the second direction Y; the flame-retardant chemical-containing solid 30 is one or both of a cured product of a curable composition containing a solid flame retardant and a green compact containing a solid flame retardant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
