To improve the productivity of a fire-resisting roof board, and to reduce cost by forming a fire-resisting adhesive layer on the rear side of a corrugated folded-plate roof while bonding foamed polystyrene on the adhesive layer and eliminating the need for an expensive heat-insulating material such as glass fiber.
A fire-resisting adhesive layer 3 consisting of gypsum powder, aluminum hydroxide, zeolite, carbon, vermiculite, a polybenzimidazole resin, etc., is formed on the rear side of the folded-plate roof board 1 formed by molding a metal sheet material by a roll. Foamed polyethylene 2, etc., from which an incombustible or noxious gas, etc., are not discharged, are stuck on the adhesive layer 3. Even when foamed polyethylene 2 is heated by a flame and melted down, the fire-resisting adhesive layer 3 is left on the roof board 1, and the roof board is not deformed and deflected. The melted-down foamed polyethylene 2 can be exchanged easily with new one. Accordingly, a fire- resisting roof can be obtained at low cost.
