To provide a fire-resistive complex building material and a fire- resistive composite floor material, which use a porous inorganic core material, have high strength and are lightweight and have excellent fire resistance and also have superior workability and can absorb electromagnetic waves.
Reinforcing layers 4 consisting of a thermosetting resin 41 and inorganic fibers 24 are bonded on at least one of the surface 71 or rear 72 of a porous inorganic core material such as a gypsum board 3. In the fire- resistive complex building material 7, an electromagnetic-wave shielding layer 1 composed of a conductive sheet-shaped substance is installed. It is preferable that the porous inorganic core material further contains organic components. The fire-resistive complex building material can also be used as a floor material.
