Reinforcing layers 4 consisting of a thermosetting resin 41 and inorganic fibers 42 are boned with at least one of the surface 71 or rear 72 of a porous inorganic core material such as a gypsum board 3. In the fire- resistive complex building material 7, a surface decorative layer 1 is formed on an outermost layer. It is preferable that organic components are contained in the porous inorganic core material. The fire-resistive complex building material can be used as a floor material.
