To provide a fire-resistive division penetrating-section structure which can be easily constructed without relying upon the position thereof relative to through-holes for pipes extending through a division and which has superior airtightness and fire-resistance.
This fire-resistive division penetrating-section structure includes pipes 3 inserted into the through-holes in the division provided to the partitioning part of a structure, thermal expansion fire-resistive sheets 5 for covering the entire parts of the through-holes around the pipes along at least one of the surfaces of the division, and a sealant 4 which is installed to at least one portion selected from a group comprising the gaps between the pipes 3 and the through-holes, the boundary between the ends of the thermal expansion fire-resistive sheets 5 and the division, the boundary between the ends of the thermal expansion fire-resistive sheets 5 and the pipes 3, and the joints between the thermal expansion fire-resistive sheets 5.
