PURPOSE: To improve fire protecting performance and fire resisting performance by providing a splash preventive material in interfaces of a baked body layer and a back layer or in the back layer as well as providing the back layer consisting of materials including crystal water on the back of the ceramic baked body layer.

CONSTITUTION: A ceramic baked body layer 1 with a fire resisting stone and a blast furnace water residue as its main components is formed. Thereafter, a back layer 2 consisting of cement mortar mixed with a splash preventive material made of glass fiber is formed on the back of the ceramic baked body layer 1. Additionally, a fire resistive panel is formed by forming a groove 4 in the longitudinal direction with a specified pitch on the back layer 2.
