Abstract:
To provide a fire extinguishant/fire spread inhibitor tank capable of reducing an amount of chemical agent remaining in the tank without being discharged, when the chemical agent is discharged.SOLUTION: A fire extinguishant/fire spread inhibitor tank 1 includes: a tank part 2; a chemical agent 3 stored inside the tank part 2 and being used as a fire extinguishant and/or a fire spread inhibitor; a discharge part 4 for discharging the chemical agent 3 to the outside of the tank part 2; a guide part extended in the height direction in the inside of the tank part 2 for guiding the chemical agent 3 to the discharge part; and pressurizing means for pressurizing the inside of the tank part 2. The chemical agent 3 includes an additive for enhancing viscosity, added thereto. The fire extinguishant/fire spread inhibitor tank further includes a rotating body 7' configured to come into contact with a wall surface 2c and/or a bottom surface 2d in the inside of the tank part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
