Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent slip so as to improve the work efficiency by providing the main sole, in which fire-proof rubber is used as the main material, and further providing spikes made of rubber which has the composition where trapezoidal microparticles are blended, and which is hardened at a below-freezing temperature and softened at an ordinary temperature.
CONSTITUTION: Natural leather where fluorine is penetrated and bonded to collagen fibers is used as the surface materials 1, 2 of the cylinder part A and the instep part B. Nylon fiber cloth to which masking, antibacterial/deodoring and mildewproof functions are given is used as the back material 3. An Aramid fiber cloth is used as an intermediate material 4 used in the instep part to form a structure useful for preventing a foot from being hurt. A water-proof tape 5 which is stuck to the sewing thread part and has waterproof, water resisting property, moisture permeability and air permeability prevents water from entering through the seam to fulfil an immersion proof effect. The sole part 6 of the main sole C is mainly composed of fire-proof rubber, the inside parts of the tiptoe part 7 and the heel part 8 are made of a rubber that trapezoidal microparticles are blended, and spikes 9 made of rubber which is hardened at a below-freezing temperature and softened at an ordinary temperature are provided at plural places.
