To provide a fireproof compartment through-part structure which can reduce the transfer of the heat of a fire or the like from one compartment of the structure where the fire occurs to the other compartment of the structure where the fire does not occur, and which is excellent in fire resistance and maintainability.
The fireproof compartment through-part structure comprises: at least, metal piping inserted through a through-hole of the compartment provided in a partition part of the structure; a cylindrical thermally expansible fire-resistant sheet installed in contact with the inner face of the through-hole of the compartment; and a sealing material blocking a gap between the cylindrical thermally expansible fire-resistant sheet and the metal piping. The cylindrical thermally expansible fire-resistant sheet is installed which is protruded to the outside of the compartment, the metal piping has a metal piping body and a synthetic resin heat insulating material layer installed on the outer face of the metal piping body, and the metal piping is inserted through the through-hole while keeping a predetermined space between the inner face of the through-hole and the outer face of the metal piping.
