Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate filling of heat-resistant mortar into an internal space of an existing window frame made of a synthetic resin, and to smoothly perform fireproof repair work of the existing window frame on site.SOLUTION: The mortar filling device is provided with an outer cylinder 8 which is attached in a filling-opening 24 opened so as to be communicated with an internal space 5 in the existing window frame 3. The front end of the outer cylinder 8, which is provided with a discharge port 12, is inserted toward the internal space 5. The opening/closing operation of the discharge port 12 can be performed by a nozzle 10 which is detachably engaged with the outer cylinder 8 connected to a mortar-supply means. In the opening state of the discharge port 12, the heat-resistant mortar 6 supplied from the mortar-supply means is fed by pressure and filled into the internal space 5 through the discharge port 12. After the mortar is filled, the discharge port 12 is brought into the closed state. Then the engagement state between the outer cylinder 8 and the nozzle 10 is released, so as to be separated from each other.
