Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure the excellent fire propagation preventing performance and facilitate assembly work.
CONSTITUTION: In the attic space 32 of a construction 1 for apartment house in which a plurality of living houses 24 and 25 and an outer corridor 22 faced to these living houses 24 and 25 are arranged under one roof 31, a fireproof structure 41 is constituted by installing a fireproof interfacial wall 33 which extends to the eaves top on the outer corridor 22 along the interface of these living houses 24 and 25 and a fireproof facial member 36 arranged along the ceiling surface of the outer corridor 22. Accordingly, the attic space 32 can be partitioned by the interface wall 33 forming a continuous surface, and in comparison with the conventional case where partitioning is carried out by a plurality of fireproof facial members, the quantity of the fireproof facial members for partitioning the attic space 32 can be reduced, and even if a fire is generated in one between these living houses 24 and 25, the fire can be shut off by the interface wall 33, and the downward turning back of the interface wall 33 can be prevented by the facial member 36.
