To provide a fireproof structure for a penetrating section of a fire retarding division of a building, which can totally close the penetrating hole of the fire regarding division at the time of a fire even if the diameter of a synthetic resin pipe being passed in the penetrating hole of the fire retarding division becomes larger, and a piping material for the fire retarding division which is used for the fireproof structure.
The synthetic resin pipe which constitutes one section of the piping in the building is inserted in the penetrating hole provided in the fire retarding division of the building. At the same time, a fireproof thermally expanding material layer, which closes the penetrating hole by expanding by the heat at the time of a fire, is provided between the penetrating hole and the synthetic resin pipe for the fireproof structure for the penetrating section of the fire retarding division of the building. In such a fireproof structure, as the synthetic resin pipe, an orientation pipe which is drawn at least in the pipe peripheral direction, preferably, an orientation pipe formed of a composition containing a polyolefin as the major component, wherein at least one section is crosslinked, and which is drawn at least in the pipe peripheral direction, is used.
