Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a fireproof plate from being peeled off at the time of a fire and easily extract the inner gas of a fireproof structure by filling an adiabatic core material in the hollow section of a frame, laminating a fire- resistant plate and a heatable plate in sequence at least on one face side, and fixing them to the frame with needle-shaped fixing bodies.
CONSTITUTION: An adiabatic core material 3 such as rock wool is filled in the hollow section of a frame 2. A fireproof plate 5 and a heatable plate 6 are laminated in sequence partially or over the whole face on one face or both faces, and they are fixed by needle-shaped fixing bodies 8 such as nails.
