Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple device that assists removal of middle bones and small bones associated therewith from fish.SOLUTION: A fish bone separation aid includes a first arm member 2 with an operation part 2A in one end side and a fish placing part 2B in the other end side, and a second arm member 3 with an operation part 3A in one end side and a bone removing guide part 3B in the other end side. The fish bone separation aid is connected to perform opening and closing operation so that the fish F with the bone to be removed can be disposed in the gap between the fish placing part 2B and the bone removing guide part 3B by that the first arm member 2 and the second arm member 3 mutually separate and contact respective operation parts 2A, 2B in a connection part 4. The bone removing guide part 3B is provided with a middle bone removal groove 37 extended and formed in the longitudinal direction using one end as an opening 37A, and multiple small bone removal grooves 38 being brought into communication with the middle bone removal groove 37 and arranged and formed in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
