PURPOSE: To enable fresh fish eggs to be obtained efficiently and safely by impressing voltage on fishes to brain death through a conductive needle and then gathering the fish eggs.

CONSTITUTION: Fishes are placed on a conductive inner case 4 with their back sides downward, while the heads of the fishes are inserted into a fishes head case 2 for sticking a conductive needle 3 into the brains of the fishes. And when electricity is applied to the needle 3 and the case 4 respectively by a power supplys 6, voltage is impressed on the back sides of the fishes from the brains or in a direction opposite to this course for causing the brain death condition of the fishes in a moment. After the brain death of the fishes, the case 2 is rotated to open an end portion on the side of the case 2 of an outer case 1. The case 1 is then rotated around a fulcrum 5 by means of a push-up mechanism 10 in such manner that the side of the case 2 may be set in a direction of F. The fishes in brain death condition are automatically discharged from the opening of the end portion on the side of the case 2 of the case 1 for making their ovulation possible.
