The circumferential prepregs 11 and 31 are constituted in such a width that the edge parts of both prepregs are overlapped each other, while the shaft length direction prepregs 21 and 22 are zero-overlapped or form thin layer part at the edge zone and they are overlapped to each other at their thin layer parts and the preferential prepregs and the shaft length direction prepregs are integrally wound.
