To improve the efficiency in exercise in fitness apparatus with an oxygen enricher by varying the spouting state of oxygen-enriched air according to the oxygen consuming state of a user using the fitness apparatus.
The fitness apparatus with the oxygen enricher comprises fitness apparatus 15 for applying the exercise load to the user, the oxygen enriching means 17 for generating oxygen-enriched air, an oxygen-enriched air mouth spouting part 5 for supplying the user with the oxygen-enriched air generated in the oxygen enriching means, a biological information detecting means 8 for collecting the biological information of the user with the exercise load, and an oxygen saturation arithmetic operating means 18 for detecting the oxygen consuming state of the user from the biological information obtained by the biological information detecting means. The spouting state of the oxygen-enriched air is varied according to the oxygen consuming state of the user detected by the oxygen saturation arithmetic operating means, so that the shortage of oxygen in the body system is prevented and the efficiency of exercise can be improved.
