To provide a fitness device allowing a user to securely achieve a final target set by each user.
The fitness device comprises a loading means 16 for applying a physical load to the user, an oxygen state varying means 52 for obtaining air with different oxygen concentrations from that of the atmospheric air, an outlet part (not illustrated) for supplying air for the user, an air feeding means 53 for feeding the air obtained in the oxygen state varying means 52 to the outlet part, an oxygen concentration selecting means (not illustrated) for selecting the oxygen concentration of air fed from the air feeding means 53, and an information obtaining means 74 with a level setting means, or the like, for setting the purpose of use and the level. The load applied by the loading means 16 and/or at least one of the oxygen concentration, quantity of wind and speed of wind of air fed from the air feeding means 53 is adjusted according to the final target set by the user, and air with optimum physical load, oxygen concentration, quantity of wind or speed of wind is supplied for the user to achieve the final target of the user.
