Abstract:
PURPOSE: To fit a general clamp plate having an angular fitting hole to a locking shaft having a deformed cross section by providing an angular boss section coinciding with the angular fitting hole of the clamp plate at a front section, and providing a through hole coinciding with the deformed cross sectional shape of a clamp plate fitting shaft portion on the boss section.
CONSTITUTION: The cross section of the clamp plate fitting shaft portion 16 of a locking shaft 11 is formed into a nearly D-shape, and the through hole 4 of a fitting adapter 1 is formed into the same shape. A nut 9 is screwed to the shaft portion 16 of a door lock device 12 for use, a washer ring 7 and an adapter 1 are pinched, a washer ring 8 is coupled, a nut 10 is screwed, and a clamp plate 5 is fastened and fixed to the shaft portion 16 with nuts 9, 10. The shaft portion 16 is inserted into the through hole 4, the relative rotation against the locking shaft 11 is blocked, the boss section 3 is inserted into the fitting hole 6 of the clamp plate 5, and the relative rotation against the adapter 11 is blocked. When the locking shaft 11 is rotatively operated, the clamp plate 5 is rotated integrally with the locking shaft 11, and it is coupled with or released from the receiving metal of a fixed frame body 14 side.
