To provide a method or system for delivering a spectacle frame at a state that fitting adjustment is performed to the face of a user in Internet sale by noticing that spectacle adjustment is originally performed by a direct interview with the user, however, an exclusive measurement gauge, an adjustment gauge which even a general user can easily use are required since the direct interview is impossible in the Internet sale or mail-order sale.

A simple gauge for face measurement is created. The gauge is printed with a printer, and made usable by simple assembly. Data is transmitted from a page on the Internet based on data obtained through simple explanations on a measuring method. A spectacle frame is adjusted by using an exclusive gauge for frame adjustment based on the received data to be delivered or transmitted.
