Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily open or shut a fitting container composed of different kinds of material and securely fit each other in all seasons, by inserting one end thereof between the external periphery and a holder of metal cap and extending a fitting claw circularly dented to the centrifugal direction, in the container forming the inner peripheral part, leaving the fixing space and fitting the metal cap in the fixing space.
CONSTITUTION: The side peripheral face 1 of a container is folded inside at the upper end 2 of container to form a holder 3 of a metal cap. The metal cap 4 made of the same material is inserted in the side peripheral face 1 and the holder 3 of the metal cap and the front end is bent to roll in the holder and fixed therein. The metal cap 4 is bent to secure an appropriate fixing space 5 in the lower end of the holder 3 and the inner peripheral face to form a fixing part 6 of the enclosing cover and a fitting part 7 thereof. The enclosing cover B is fitted to the container body A and the lower cover end 13 of the fitting cover C is inserted into the clearance between the upper end 2 of container and the fixing part 6 of the enclosing cover. Even if the fitting cover C is expanded to the centrifugal direction due to the difference of thermal expansion rate, since the fixing space 5 is limited, secure fitting can be obtained regardless of seasons.
