Abstract:
To prevent a positional displacement of an outer lever when coupling a wire connected to a shift lever to the outer lever by screwing.
A shift lever is set at a position N (S100), and rotating position of an outer lever is positioned at the position N (S110), and a fixing tool for fixing the positioned outer lever to a case of an automatic transmission is fitted (S120), and a wire fitting is coupled to the outer lever by using a torque wrench to be threadedly fixed with a predetermined fastening torque. With this structure, even if the torque is applied to the outer lever by screwing by the torque wrench, the fixing tool functions as a rotation stopper for the outer lever, and a positional displacement of the outer lever can be prevented.
