Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain simplification of operations for maintenance and checkup of a radiator tube by a constitution wherein a fixed frame is provided in a grain dryer and the radiator tube of which the outer periphery is covered with a far infrared ray radiating body is supported movably on the frame.
SOLUTION: A fixed frame 28 is provided at the center of the upper part of a grain collecting chamber 7 and guide rails 29 having L-shaped sections and being parallel laterally are fitted on the lower side of the frame in the longitudinal direction of a dryer body, while a radiator tube 17 is suspended from a radiator tube fitting frame 30 by U-shaped fitting metal implements 35 and 35a and inserted into the grain collecting chamber 7 together with the radiator tube fitting frame 30. On the occasions of repair and maintenance, a hot air outlet of the radiator tube 17 is pulled out from a hot air duct and removed, the opening is uncovered by removing a front plate by loosening a fitting bolt, a bent part of the radiator tube fitting frame 30 is disconnected from the back of the grain collecting chamber V, the radiator tube fitting frame 30 is pulled out to this side of a dryer together with a burner and the radiator tube 17 is taken out outside the dryer with hitch angles 31 slid along the L-shaped guide rails 29. By this constitution, repair and maintenance of the radiator tube can be simplified.
