Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely exclude air between a rim flange part and a bead part by constituting external force adding means so that external force is added to the inner side part of a tire deviated on the bead part side of the tire than the maximum width part of the tire.
SOLUTION: External force adding means 7 are provided on the upper and lower sides of a fitting position two by two. A pressing roller 7c is brought in contact with a prescribed part of the side of a tire, namely with the inner side face part Tp of the tire more deviated on the bead part Tb side of the tire than the tire Tw. The two external force adding means 7, 7 on the upper side are provided so that the contact positions of the pressing rollers 7c with the tire T are on the symmetric positions against the rotary axis of the tire T, concerning the perpendicular direction against the tire carrying direction, meanwhile, the two external force adding means 7, 7 on the lower side are provided so that the contact positions of the pressing rollers 7c with the tire T are on the symmetric positions against the rotary axis of the tire T, concerning the tire carrying direction.
