PURPOSE: To provide a fitting lid for container, by which an odor in the atmosphere at a supermarket or drug store is not transferred.

CONSTITUTION: The present fitting lid consists of an integrally molded body of a lid body 7 made of a polyethylene resin and a label 6 which is put on the top surface of the lid body, and the label has a multi-layer structure with a surface layer 3 made of a polyethylene terephthalate resin layer, a central core layer 2 made of a paper layer, and a rear surface layer 4 made of a polyethylene resin layer. In addition, for the present fitting lid for container, the rear surface layer 4 of said label 6 and the top surface of the lid body 7 made of the polyethylene resin are arranged so as to be in contact with each other, and these both parts are adhered.
