Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing and a method for manufacturing a joint, by which efficiency of manufacturing a joint can be improved with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In the apparatus for manufacturing a joint, a flow passage molding die 26 for molding two straight flow passages and a U-shaped flow passage of a U-shaped joint is disposed inside an outer circumference molding die 25 for molding an outer circumference part of the U-shaped joint, forming a cavity 27 into which a melt synthetic resin is injected. The flow passage molding die 26 is composed of straight flow passage molding dies 37, 38 for molding the straight flow passages and a U-shaped flow passage molding die 39 for molding the U-shaped flow passage. The U-shaped flow passage molding die 39 is halved into a first division die 40 and a second division die 41. Upon releasing the straight flow passage molding dies 37, 38, the straight flow passage molding dies 37, 38 are retreated with respect to the outer circumference molding die 25, leaving a space between the straight flow passage molding dies 37, 38 and the division dies 40, 41; and the division dies 40, 41 can be turned by using the above space and can be released along the releasing direction of the straight flow passage molding dies 37, 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
