Abstract:
To provide a joint manufacturing apparatus and joint manufacturing method capable of improving a joint manufacturing efficiency with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A joint manufacturing apparatus is configured in that: a flow path forming mold 26 for forming a straight flow path and an U-shaped flow path of an U-shaped joint is arranged in an outer peripheral forming mold 25 that forms an outer peripheral portion of the U-shaped joint; and a cavity 27 into which a molten synthetic resin is injected is formed. The flow path forming mold 26 is composed of linear flow path forming molds 37 and 38 for forming a straight flow path, and an U-shaped flow path forming mold 39 for forming an U-shaped flow path. The U-shaped flow path forming mold 39 is configured: to rotate by utilizing a space formed between the linear flow path forming molds 37 and 38 and the U-shaped flow path forming mold 39 when the linear flow path forming molds 37 and 38 are retracted with respect to the outer peripheral forming mold 25 in order to die out the linear flow path forming molds 37 and 38; and to be movable to die cut along a die-cutting direction of the straight flow path forming molds 37 and 38. The straight flow path forming molds 37 and 38 form only the straight flow path, and the U-shaped flow path forming mold 39 forms only the U-shaped flow path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
