Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a blade in a torque converter, in which the blade is stably and firmly fixed to a shell with simple constitution.SOLUTION: A fitting structure 1 of a blade in a torque converter includes a shell 2 having a recess part 20, and a blade having a tab 31 inserted into the recess part 20. The tab 31 includes a bent piece 311 that is plastically deformed so as to expanding in the width direction of the recess part 20, by being compressed in the depth direction of the recess part 20. The bent piece 311 includes corner parts 311a, 311b, 311c that are pressure-welded to both side surfaces 21, 22 and a bottom surface 23 of the recess part 20 by the plastic deformation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
