PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of fitting components that does not require a holding part of high accuracy.SOLUTION: There is provided a first member 10 having a holding part 40 for holding a fitting component 30 including an expanded diameter part 32 expanded at one end of a cylindrical part 31 and having a second member fixed by the fitting component 30. The holding part 40 has a storing space 45 for the fitting component 30 formed by a side wall part 42 raised from a base part 11 and a seat part 44 with a bolt through-hole 43 through which a bolt passes while being connected to the upper part of the side wall part 42, and a fitting insertion hole 46 arranged at the side wall part 42 so as to insert the fitting component 30 into the storing space 45. The bolt through-hole 43 has a size abutted against a peripheral surface of a cylindrical part 31 of the fitting component 30, and includes a communication part 47 communicating with the bolt through-hole 43 with the fitting insertion hole 46 so as to allow a cylindrical part 31 of the fitting component 30 to pass toward the bolt through-hole 43, and restrictors 48, at a communication part 47, formed with narrow portions that are narrower than an outer diameter size of the cylindrical part 31 of the fitting component 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
