PURPOSE: To simply make the level adjustment of a decorative panel installed to repair a revetment wall or a retaining wall.

CONSTITUTION: Multiple fixed bolts are protruded at the upper end section of a revetment wall, and multiple fixing holes 7 to be penetrated by the fixed bolts respectively are provided on a concrete panel 4. Level adjusting bolts 16 for making the level adjustment of the concrete panel 4 are coupled into contact with the upper end section of the revetment wall near the fixing holes 7. Fixing nuts 10 are coupled with the male screw sections of the fixed bolts 3 respectively.
