Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of damages due to loosening and shearing of each fitting part by locking a backing flange to hold a part to be fitted between fitting flanges of cylinders on the fitting flange with locking bolts.
CONSTITUTION: A fitting flange 12 of cylinders is abutted on the surface 21 of a part 2 to be fitted, and a fitting cylinder 15 is projected to the back side of the part 2 to be fitted. An outer screw of the fitting cylinder 15 is screwed into a screw hole 71 of a backing flange 7 to abut the backing flange 7 on the back surface 22 of the part to be fitted. A locking bolt 5 is screwed into a screw hole 13 of the fitting flange 12 through a bolt through hole 72 of the backing flange 7, and the part 2 to be fitted is held by the backing flange 7 and the fitting flange. A stretching bolt 6 is screwed into a screw hole 14 of the fitting flange 12 from the surface 21 side of the part 2 to be fitted to be stretched against the surface 21 of the part 2 to be fitted, and the backing flange 7 is pressed against the back side 22 of the part to be fitted. The fitting condition can surely be kept for a long time.
