Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a connector from enlargement in the size and weight and also poor fitting by equipping a multi-pole connector with functions of detention, slip-off prevention, screw fit and engagement, engaging the connector provisionally, threading a rotary shaft having the corresponding functions through the connector, generating screw fit, fitting, slip-off prevention, etc., with rotating operation, and then drawing it off.
CONSTITUTION: One connector member 1 is equipped with a shaft hole 5, intermediate neck 7, detention part 8, movable detent arm 6, and slip-off preventing projection 9, while another connector member 2 is furnished with a provisional and a regular detaining part 19, 20 corresponding to the detention part 8 and further a screw fit projection 23. Separately, a rotary shaft 3 is provided with a screw part 12 having a screw fit slope 12a and a notch 11a for insertion and a ring-shaped part 13 having a threading groove 14 corresponding to the slip-off preventing projection 9. A ring-shaped groove 15 is provided which is in communication with the threading groove 14 and engages the projection 9 and the neck 7 one after another, and the connector members 1, 2 are engaged provisionally, and the shaft 3 is threaded from the shaft hole 5 and rotated. Thereby fitting and slip-off prevention are done perfectly by engagement of the slope 12a with the projection 23, to be followed by removal of the shaft 3, which precludes risk of the connector from enlargement in the size and weight.
