Abstract:
To provide a fitting structure of a positioning pin of an eye joint metal fitting which can omit processing work of a fitting hole for a different union bolt insertion part per specification of an apparatus, and has an advantage in improving efficiency of a fitting operation of the eye joint metal fitting.SOLUTION: A recessed groove 1210 is arranged at an outer peripheral surface 1201 of a union bolt insertion part 12. The union bolt insertion part 12 is positioned so that a portion of the outer peripheral surface 1201 of the union bolt insertion part 12 where the positioning pin 28A is to be arranged is located at a center of a pair of bending rollers 34 to fix the union bolt insertion part on a base 33. A V-shaped recessed portion 3201 of an attachment part 32 is pressed in the recessed groove 1210 through a push-in member 36. And then the pair of bending rollers 34 is moved to bend the linear part of the attachment part 32 except the V-shaped center recessed portion 3201 thereof to press-in the recessed groove 1210.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
