Title:
FITTING STRUCTURE OF SENSOR DETECTING HUMAN BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3131369
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and appropriately detect a human body in front of a toilet seat, by fixing a fitting plate provided with a fitting part of which direction is adjustable against the fixing part and attaching a sensor detecting a human body to the fitting part and retaining it.
SOLUTION: A fitting plate 40 is constituted of a fixing part 42 and a fitting part 44 of a sensor 16 detecting a human body. A vertical slit is formed at the rear end of the fitting part 44 to increase the deforming function in the bending against the fixing part 42 of the fitting part 44. The fitting plate 40 is pressed on the external face of the tank side wall 14 and fixed by a fixing nut 32 in the state that the male screw pipe 28 of a ball tap body is inserted in the long hole 42 of the fixing part 42. A fixing claw flap 54 is inserted in a fixing groove so as to push down the sensor 16 detecting a human body and fitted in the fitting part 44. Even when the direction of the external face of the side wall 14 deviates owing to errors in the production process of the flushing water tank, the sensor 16 can be correctly arranged in the direction by adjusting the direction of the fitting part 44.
