Title:
FITTING STRUCTURE OF SPEED CHANGE RATIO DETECTING SWITCH FOR CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3443915
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve workability of a continuously variable transmission speed change ratio detecting switch by making the switch independently detachable without removing other parts.
CONSTITUTION: A lock up forbidden valve 4 detects the lowest change gear instruction, during the stroke of giving change gear instruction, by displacing a switch actuation rod 10a and actuating a switch 10 through an engagement of a flange part 4a with an extending part 10a in the radius direction. In removing the switch 10, an adapter plate 11 is rotated together with the switch 10 in the state of a bolt 12 loosened and removed, by which the extending part 10a in the radius direction is in the rotating position where it does not interfere with a flange part 4a. The switch 10 is then pulled out of a hole 1a together with the adapter plate 11, which completes the removal of the switch 10. Mounting of the switch 10 is processed in the reverse sequence.
