PURPOSE: To correctly and firmly fit a storing rotor with the easy work by fitting the storing rotor to storing rotor fitting pieces, hooking hooks on the slit on the rear face of a stanchion, and fixing stanchion fitting pieces on the side face of the stanchion.
CONSTITUTION: Stanchion fitting pieces 3 and 3 are rotatably connected at end sections of storing rotor fitting pieces 1 and 1 via pivotal support shafts 2 and 2, rear face pieces 4 are formed perpendicularly to them at their rear ends, hooks 5 are protruded forward from the rear face pieces 4, and hinges 6 are constituted. A storing rotor 10 is fitted to the storing rotor fitting pieces 1 and 1, and the hooks 5 are hooked on a slit 8 provided on the rear face of a stanchion 7. The stanchion fitting pieces 3 and 3 are fixed on the side face of the stanchion 7 with fitting tools 9, and the storing rotor 10 is rotatably fitted to the stanchion 7.
