PURPOSE: To check deformation of a strut tower by reaction forces of two calbes by fitting both ends of an outer cable to the upper parts of two right and left strut towers and fitting both ends of an inner cable to the upper parts of two strut towers in such a manner that both cables are under tension.

CONSTITUTION: An inner cable 17 is projected from an outer cable 16, and a drum part 19 is provided on the tip part thereof. The outer cable 16 and the inner cable 17 connect right and left strut towers to each other, and the outer cable 16 and the inner cable 17 are fitted under tension. Though falling of struts are caused by deformation of the strut towers 3 when the longitudinal and lateral forces from wheels are applied, when the elongation force produced by shifting is applied to the cable, the contraction force is generated in the other cable so that the change amount of shifting is decreased by the reciprocal reaction forces of both cables.
