Abstract:
To provide a fitting structure of a weather strip for an automobile, that is capable of maintaining a proper fitting state of a weather strip by restricting excessive deformation of a seal fitting part in a fitting plate.SOLUTION: In a fitting structure of a weather strip for an automobile, a vehicle body abutting part 33 capable of abutting on a step part 25 (step part inclined surface 250) of a front fender 2 is provided at an outer end 322 in a vehicle body width direction of a seal fitting part 32 corresponding to a free end, in a fitting plate 3 supported and fixed in a cantilever state on the vehicle body (the front fender 2) using a mounting base 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
