Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dispersion of axial tension generated in a hub bolt with respect to torque for tightening a wheel nut, in wheel fitting structure.
SOLUTION: Metal platings are carried out for a wheel nut 1 and a washer 2 with different metal each other, and hardness of the first plating metal for plating the wheel nut 1 is made higher than that of the second plating metal for plating the washer 2, in wheel fitting structure which is provided with the wheel nut 1 for screwed in a hub bolt 3 to tighten a wheel 6, and the washer 2 calked rotatably to the wheel nut 1, in which bearing surfaces 11, 21 contacting each other between the wheel nut 1 and the washer 2 are formed into conical surfaces respectively, and in which a bearing surface 20 contacting with the wheel 6 of the washer 2 is formed into a flat face.
