To enable a body stand itself to stably stand upright at a flat place, to prevent the body stand from rotating freely and to adjust the height of a fitting tool with the body stand or only the fitting tool separately from the body stand depending on the desire of a user even when fitting the body stand to a support.

A screw 4 is screwed to a first fitting tube 3 integrated with a first flange 5 at its upper end. The first flange 5 is formed with a communicating hole 50 communicating with the first fitting tube 3. Surrounding the communicating hole 50, a plurality of projecting pieces 51, 51, 51 and 51 are formed projectingly. In the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the first flange 5, first vertical loose through holes 52, 52, 52 and 52 are formed. In a second flange 6, a perforation 61 corresponding to the communicating hole 50 is formed. A second fitting tube 60 communicating with the perforation 61 is formed projectingly in the front surface of the second flange 6. A fitting groove 62 fitted to each projecting piece 51 is provided on the rear surface of the second flange 6. Second vertical loose through holes 63 corresponding to the first vertical loose through holes 52 are formed in the flange 6.
