PURPOSE: To check the state of the opening and closing and locking of a door, etc., easily by installing an LED lamp flickered in response to the state of the opening and closing and locking of the door, etc., to the grip of the door, etc., or a section near the grip.

CONSTITUTION: An LED lamp 5, a light-amount control circuit 6 for the LED lamp 5 and a battery circuit 7 are connected electrically, thus constituting an LED lamp device. The LED lamp device is mounted to the grip 2 of a door 1, a window, etc., or a position near the grip 2. Wiring is conducted so as to flicker the LED lamp 5 only when the door 1, etc., are opened or closed, or wiring is performed so as to flicker the LED lamp 5 only when the door 1, etc., are locked or are not locked. Accordingly, the position of the grip 2 can be discovered easily even in the dark, etc.
