Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an ink jet head requiring no high accuracy in the positioning between ink chamber walls each formed from two or more layers and bringing about no lowering of the rigidity of the ink chamber walls due to positional shift by simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: One ink chamber wall 3 is formed to a first substrate 1 and the other one ink chamber wall 6 is formed to the elastic member 11 opposed to the first substrate 1 and both of them are bonded to constitute an ink jet head. In this ink jet head, difference is provided between the width W1 of the ink chamber wall formed to the first substrate 1 and the width W2 of the ink chamber wall formed to the elastic member 11.
