To prevent a handrail on a wall surface from being interrupted by arranging a handrail on a door, and ensuring safe use of the same.

The door T1 with the handrail has a door main body 1 which includes a handrail housing portion 13 in which the handrail 2 is housed in a drawable manner. The handrail 2 has a handrail main body 20 at its upper portion and handles 22 at its lower portion, and when the handrail main body 20 is tilted in one direction, the handle 22 is protruded in the opposite direction. The door main body 1 has a door stopping device 3 arranged therein, for interlocking with the handrails 2 via a crank. The door stopping device 3 is composed of a tension member 32 for straining itself against a floor when the handrail main body 20 is tilted, to thereby prevent the door main body 1 from moving.
