Abstract:
To provide a sliding sash and fitting which are capable of improving heat insulating properties by being attached to a frame body.SOLUTION: A sliding sash 3, which is disposed within a window frame 2, includes a sash frame body 5 that abuts on an airtight material 8 mounted on the window frame 2, and a face material 80 disposed in the sash frame body 5. The sash frame body 5 includes an upper frame, a lower frame, and right and left stiles 70. Each of the left and right stiles 70 has a protruding piece portion 724 formed at a position away from a contact position with the airtight material 8 toward the inner peripheral side. The protruding piece portion 724 cooperates with the airtight material 8 to form a heat insulating space 74 therebetween in a state where the sliding sash 3 is disposed in the window frame 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
