To provide fittings having excellent operability for restriction cancellation from an indoor side while having an opening restriction portion that enables restriction cancellation from an outdoor side.

Fittings comprise: a frame body that is provided in an opening for making indoor and outdoor sides communicate with each other; a sash that is provided in the frame body and that can be moved for opening/closing; and a restriction mechanism for restricting the amount of opening/closing movement of the sash so as to put the sash into first and second opened/closed states. The fittings also comprise: an internal rotating shaft that is provided in the sash and that can be rotated by an operation from an indoor side; an external rotating shaft that is provided in the sash and that can be rotated by an operation from an outdoor side; a switching mechanism that switches between the first and second opened/closed states along with the rotation of the internal rotating shaft; and a connecting member that coaxially connects the internal and external rotating shafts together and that does not transfer the rotation of the internal rotating shaft to the external rotating shaft when the internal rotating shaft is rotated by the operation of the switching mechanism.
